Obamacare will bombard people with vaccine promotions

Note: Again for those wanting to read over the sections, subsections, and provision paragraphs of the Obamacare law as what was outlined in this article the PDF to the Obamacare law can be found here(Archived at USWGO).

Under Obamacare there will be grant programs for states to implement a debt collector style bombardment of vaccine promotions and even use assessment programs to target those the refuse to take the vaccination shots.

Again for those that don’t know what Obamacare’s real name is called, it is titled the “The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” (PPACA) or (ACA).

Under Title IV (Prevention of chronic disease and Improving public health) the same Title as where the Public Health Council provisions are also under as what was outlined in the last USWGO article on Obamacare, Subtitle C—Creating Healthier Communities, Sec. 4204. Immunizations., the Secretary may negotiate and enter into contracts with manufacturers of vaccines for the purchase and delivery of vaccines for adults as provided for under subsection (e), and subsection (e) describes of a GAO Study and Report on medicare beneficiary access to vaccines. To dig even further the Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct a study on the ability of Medicare beneficiaries who were 65 years of age or older to access routinely recommended vaccines covered under the prescription drug program under part D of title XVIII of the Social Security Act over the period since the establishment of such program.

This is all along with the Public Health Council that will work on a number of issues to make sure the Government controls what people eat, that people won’t be addicted to tobacco, and that the government makes sure people get enough exercise as what is recommended by the health council as what was outlined in the last Obamacare article by USWGO.

That means that vaccines will be recommended by the government instead of professional medical advisers such as private doctors. The government will now decide what vaccinations people should be recommended to getting despite some vaccines permanent damage side affects which including seizures, autism, cancer viruses, and other viruses now being planted in the vaccines.

That doesn’t even cover half of what is in Section 4204. I will continue on to the fact that people will now be bombarded by government notices to encourage people to take vaccination shots even the ones that cause autism, seizures, and blindness.

Under Section (m)–Demonstration Program to Improve Immunization Coverage (124 STAT. 571), Paragraph (1), The Secretary, acting through the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, shall establish a demonstration program to award grants to States to improve the provision of recommended immunizations for children, adolescents, and adults through the use of evidence-based, population-based interventions for high-risk populations.

Of course the evidence that is collected on vaccination recommendations will not come from Independent Researchers like Mike Adams of Natural News, Alex Jones of Infowars.com, Brian D. Hill of USWGO Alternative News, and other skilled vaccine researchers that find the truth on vaccines and the risks it poses to human health. The evidence to the CDC will likely be from  corporate pharmaceuticals such as Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Rockefeller Foundation, Merck, and other large-scale drug companies and corporations that only knows best for public health when their convictions are corrupted by a need to profit off of increasing human sickness. They don’t even hide the business model that the more patients get sick the more money is lined up to the pockets of Big Pharma.

Under Paragraph (2) known as State Plan, To be eligible for a grant under paragraph (1), a State shall submit to the Secretary an application at such time, in such manner, and containing such information as the Secretary may require, including a State plan that describes the interventions to be implemented under the grant and how such interventions match with local needs and capabilities, as determined through consultation with local authorities.

That means that if a state decides to accept Federal grant money as what is entitled under Obamacare law, they will have to force those that refuse to take vaccinations with vaccine interventions that will match the local needs and capabilities as determined with the local police and health department. Much like how family intervenes alcoholics, pressure will be put on those that don’t want to take vaccinations for religious and medical reasons.

Now lets review Paragraph (3) known as the Use of Funds, ‘‘Funds received under a grant under this subsection shall be used to implement interventions that are recommended by the Task Force on Community Preventive Services (as established by the Secretary, acting through the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) or other evidence-based interventions, including” the following in the orderly list.

1. Subsection (A) providing immunization reminders or recalls for target populations of clients, patients, and consumers;

2. Subsection (B) educating targeted populations and health care providers concerning immunizations in combination with one or more other interventions;

3. Subsection (C) reducing out-of-pocket costs for families for vaccines and their administration;

4. Subsection (D) carrying out immunization-promoting strategies for participants or clients of public programs, including assessments of immunization status, referrals to health care providers, education, provision of on-site immunizations, or incentives for immunization;

5. Subsection (E) providing for home visits that promote immunization through education, assessments of need, referrals, provision of immunizations, or other services;

6. Subsection (F) providing reminders or recalls for immunization providers;

7. Subsection (G) conducting assessments of, and providing feedback to, immunization providers;

8. Subsection (H) any combination of one or more interventions described in this paragraph; or

9. Subsection ‘(I) immunization information systems to allow all States to have electronic databases for immunization records.

Now let’s go over what I just posted above.

Like I described above, any states that wish to receive this Federal grant money as provided under Obamacare, acting through the director of the CDC, to implement local government interventions to get people to take the vaccines as what is recommended by the CDC. This will likely be through the counties health department with assistance of the local police or Sheriff.

Vaccine bombshell: Baby monkeys develop autism symptoms after obtaining doses of popular vaccines

Following a recent study conducted by scientists at the University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania which revealed that many infant monkeys given standard doses of childhood vaccines as part of the new research,developed autism symptoms, question marks over the ultimate safety of vaccines have come to the fore.

The groundbreaking research findings presented at the International Meeting for Autism Research (IMFAR) in London, England, have revealed that young macaque monkeys given the typical CDC-recommended vaccination schedule from the 1990s, and in appropriate doses for the monkeys’ sizes and ages, tended to develop autism symptoms. Theirunvaccinated counterparts, on the other hand, developed no such symptoms, which points to a strong connection between vaccines and autism spectrum disorders.

This development which deconstructs mainstream myth that vaccines are safe and pose no risk of autism, was brought on by after studies on the type of proper safety research on typical childhood vaccination schedules that the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) should have conducted — but never has — for such regimens.

Included in the mix were vaccines containing Thimerosal, a toxic, mercury-based compound that has been phased out of some vaccines, but is still present in batch-size influenza vaccines and a few others.

Also administered was the controversial measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR) vaccine, which has been linked time and time again to causing autism and various other serious, and often irreversible, health problems in children.

“This research underscores the critical need for more investigation into immunizations, mercury, and the alterations seen in autistic children,” said Lyn Redwood, Director of SafeMinds, a public safety group working to expose the truth about vaccines and autism.

“SafeMinds calls for large scale, unbiased studies that look at autism medical conditions and the effects of vaccines given as a regimen.”

Adding to the sentiment, Theresa Wrangham, president of SafeMinds called out the CDC for failing to require proper safety studies of its recommended vaccination schedules. Unlike all other drugs, which must at least undergo a basic round of safety testing prior to approval and recommendation, vaccinations and vaccine schedules in particular do not have to be proven safe or effective before hitting the market.

For years, Jenny McCarthy has been demonized for believing that her child's autism started with vaccines.  There's even one site that posted a pretend study saying that Jenny McCarthy causes autism.  There was a study that showed that vaccines caused autism, but it was later "decided" by other experts that it was a flawed study.  Now, there's been a study showing that monkeys got autism from vaccines.  Wouldn't it be grand if our government took this more seriously?  They're wanting to poke and prod in all parts of our lives, but they have chosen to allow vaccines of all sorts to come to the market with little to no advanced testing.

 

But, no, our government doesn't want answers.  They want all of us to receive vaccines that they decide are necessary.  And Obamacare will allow them to figure out a way to force us all to get them.

 

Right now, we're being bombarded with signs and reminders from pharmacists, doctors, nurses, receptionists, that the flu vaccine is available.  You don't even have to go to a doctor's office any more.  You can get your shot at your local grocery store or pharmacy.

 

But I asked a contact at Facebook today, who are these people who get the flu.  He recited the numbers he's been fed - that 36,000 people die each year, just in the United States, from flu.

 

Who are these people?

 

A few years ago, when I started realizing what was in the vaccines they were pushing on us and how little research was done to see if they were safe for any of us, I picked up the phone and called every single hospital within a 50 mile radius of where I lived.  I inquired about flu cases that were serious enough to have a person hospitalized and flu cases that caused deaths.  Their PR persons quoted all the same statistics from that year that the CDC and WHO had been feeding everyone.  But when I asked about specifics about each hospital, only one had any serious "outbreak" and they had admitted exactly 3 people during that flu season.  No one had died in these hospitals from flu.

 

In all of my 60 years, I have known one person who had the flu, and that was my Dad and it was when I was about 9 or 10 years old.

 

I used to think with all of my maladies, and a supposed weakened immune system, that getting a flu shot each year made sense.  But not once I realized what was in them.  And not once I realized how much my body already hates what chemicals I do have to put into it.  Introducing more chemicals, unnecessary ones, is absurd.  During "flu season" I make sure that I wash my hands a lot and when I'm out and about running errands, I make sure that I don't put my hands anywhere near my eyes, nose or mouth, until I can wash them again.  I steer clear of people who are coughing too.  And I take lots of Vitamin C and Zinc.
