"The News just cited stats that showed 24% of eligible voters aren't regegitered to vote at all (about 54 million). It's voter apathy-registered and unregistered-that's killing democracy in this country." more

I want to invite this conservative group to jointly give their views and opinions of what we, collectively would like in our conservative agenda and thus what we can demand from our candidates. My group on this website is http://oppositeobama.gather.com This is a new posting that considers a great deal of information which will involve as many conservatives thinkers as we can get. There is so much information to discuss that it also had to be placed on a blog site located here http://davidtippie.blogspot.com/2009/12/creating-conservative-candidate.html If you are a conservative please review the blog and select the section you are most professional in and comment. I know there are far right and far left opinions but we as conservatives would appreciate that only those who are at the center contribute. There was an outlandish post on the blog page which is borderline maniac, but you will see it. Let’s construct a formidable agenda with like minded people and we know that there are opposing views, but this form is not about slicing and dicing it is about intelligence and taping into that intelligence of each contributor. Everything that is now suggested on the blog must stand the scrutiny of other conservatives, not far left or far right thinkers. Thank you.

Van Jones, "Obama’s Green Jobs Czar" turns out to be a 9/11 Truther, in addition to having a fair number of really left wing views, and yet the Obama WH and Personnel Office saw no problems with him. This is: (1) a window on Obama’s true world views , and those of his supporters (in this case Jones’ buddy Valerie Jarret from Chicago) – which are incredibly radical, (see Wright, Rev.); and/or (2) a window on their competence — how could they possibly think that a guy who signed a truther petition ("investigate whether Bush/Chaney caused 9/11") could exercise serious Article II? He will be gone in a few days — how many more of his ilk are inhabiting the executive branch, and WTF are they doing? |
